Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations across India. If we are unable to deliver to your location due to logistical constraints, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was already made.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
A standard shipping fee will be applied on orders below ₹499 (calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size).

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (varies by location)
Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, contact unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Shipping Delays

Soil Organics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, strikes, or other events beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to ensure prompt resolution and support.

Order Issues or Damages

If your package is damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

Do not accept the package.
Take a video while unboxing your parcel. This is mandatory for raising any damage or product issue claims.
